In force since July 1, 2005, the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG) imposes on issuers of securities admitted to an organized market the duty to publish what is known as an “Annual Document” at least once a year.

In case one of the links should be broken, that information can also be obtained from the company in printed form for each financial year beginning of 2007. Contact.
