Softcopy reading opens up very new possibilities to train radiologists and to monitor their performance during reading. Continuous Medical Education (CME) is especially important in both screening and diagnostic mammography.

The SCR-system developed in the SCREEN project has a built-in professional training system for the reviewing of mammograms.
