The following persons are currently Members of the Executive Board of the MeVis Medical Solutions AG:
Marcus Kirchhoff (born 1969) was appointed to the Executive Board of MeVis Medical Solutions AG as CEO effective March 1, 2012.
In addition, he is currently Director of the independently owned subsidiaries MeVis Breast Care Solutions GmbH & Co. KG and the MeVis Medical Solutions, Inc. in Wisconsin, USA as well as the MeVis BreastCare GmbH & Co. KG (a joint venture between MeVis Medical Solutions AG and Siemens AG).
Marcus Kirchhoff graduated in Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld. He began his career at the former Compaq Computer GmbH (current HP Computer GmbH). After being a Manager of Direct & Consultative Selling at Sybase GmbH he started working for General Electric. During the past 10 years he has held various management positions in EMEA, most recently as Director Sales at GE Healthcare IT for Central Europe.
Dr. Robert Hannemann (born 1966) was appointed to the Executive Board of MeVis Medical Solutions AG effective October 1, 2010, where he is responsible for finance and controlling.
In addition, he is currently Director of the independently owned subsidiaries MeVis Breast Care Solutions GmbH & Co. KG, the MeVis Medical Solutions, Inc. in Wisconsin, USA, and the MeVis Japan K.K. in Tokyo, Japan. He is also a member of the shareholders delegation of MeVis BreastCare GmbH & Co. KG (a joint venture between MeVis Medical Solutions AG and Siemens AG).
Robert Hannemann graduated in chemistry and received his doctorate from the Georg-August-Universitaet Goettingen. He began his career as a consultant and project manager with the Boston Consulting Group. Subsequently, Robert Hannemann has held various management positions in different industries over a period of twelve years, the past eight of which as CFO.
