Share capital allocation

The company's share capital is allocated as follows:

The founders of the company together (but not jointly) own ca. 55% of the total share capital (Prof. Dr. Heinz-Otto Peitgen 19%, Dr. Carl J.G. Evertsz 19%, Dr. Hartmut Jürgens 17%).

The company owned 5.36% of its own shares as of June 30, 2011.

On November 4, 2008, MeVis Medical Solutions AG announced that it would be buying back treasury stock. Further stocks have been acquired on the stock market floor up until March 31, 2009. Details of the buyback programmes can be found here.

The Free float amounts to approx. 39% of the company's share capital, of which roughly 2/3 are held by institutional investors and the rest by private investors.
