STEPHEN LAM, MD, FRCPC
Dr. Stephen Lam is a Professor of Medicine at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, a distinguished scientist, the Leon Judah Blackmore chair in lung cancer research, and MDS-Rix endowed director of translation lung cancer research at the BC Cancer Research Institute. He is the Medical Director of the Lung Cancer Screening Program in British Columbia. He is a recipient of the Doctors of BC Terry Fox Medal and the IASLC Joseph Cullen Award for life-time scientific achievements in prevention research of thoracic malignancies.
