The Annual General Meeting of MeVis Medical Solutions AG convened for Thursday, March 19, 2020, 10:00 a.m., as published in the German Federal Gazette on February 7, 2020, is hereby cancelled; it will therefore not take place.
The invitation to the Annual General Meeting published in the German Federal Gazette on February 7, 2020 is therefore invalid. As soon as a new date for the Annual General Meeting has been set, a new invitation to the Annual General Meeting will be published in the German Federal Gazette.
The Executive Board has decided to take this step in the interests of the well-being and health of its shareholders, employees and the service providers involved. The Executive Board is also complying with the recommendations and orders of the responsible health authorities in Germany regarding the holding of public events to contain the spread of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19).
